ZAGREB, May 31 (Hina) - Retail prices in Croatia edged up by 1.1
percent in May, the State Bureau of Statistics said on Friday.
The first to rise started were seasonal agricultural products,
which rose by 4.4 percent from April.
Foodstuffs rose by 1.5 percent on the average (bread by 7.8
percent and fresh meat by 2.8 percent). The price of oil rose by
6.7 percent and bus and rail tickets by 4.4 percent.
