At the last conference of donors in Brussels, Turkey announced
that it would set aside 80 million dollars for the reconstruction
of Bosnia-Herzegovina. Six million dollars have already been
invested in various projects.
Premier Yilmaz called on the international community to do all
it can to preserve the unity of Bosnia-Herzegovina. "This country
has to remain undivided for the sake of peace but also for the sake
of dignity of the international community as a whole", Yilmaz said,
adding that the international military force should remain in
Bosnia until elections were over and the Dayton peace agreement
completely implemented.
