SARAJEVO, May 24 (Hina) - A Moroccan soldier serving in the NATO-
led peace Implementation Force (IFOR) in Bosnia-Herzegovina died
on Mount Igman, southwest of Sarajevo, on Thursday, IFOR
spokesman Max Marriner said in Sarajevo on Friday.
The cause of death was still being investigated but it was
certain that the soldier had not been the victim of an attack.
The body of the dead soldier had already been transferred to
Morocco and the commander of IFOR ground troops, Gen. Michael
Walker, offered condolences to his family and the Moroccan
government, Marriner said.
