be headed by a Muslim and the post of the government's vice president will be filled by a Croat.

The head of the U.N. Office for civil affairs in central
Bosnia, Waheadullah Waheed, who mediated the Croat-Bosniac
negotiations, said that today's decision was of great importance
for the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, as the Central-Bosnian
Canton represented a unit with a special form of government, that
is, with an equal number of Croat and Muslim representatives.
