CAIRO, May 6 (Hina) - Assistant to the Croatian Foreign Minister, Frane Krnic, held political consultations with his Egyptian counterpart, Fathy El Shazli, during his two-day official visit of Egypt, a statement from the Croatian
Embassy in Cairo said on Monday.

Krnic held talks with the assistant to the Egyptian Foreign
Minister for relations with African countries. The talks discussed
possibilities of joint activities aimed at promoting relations
between Croatia and African countries.
Krnic was also received by the Egyptian Foreign minister, Amr
Musa, and the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Esmat Abdel
Meguid.
Krnic gave Musa a letter from the Croatian Foreign Minister
Mate Granic with an invitation to visit Croatia. Musa accepted the
invitation with pleasure.
During all talks, both sides confirmed their readiness for
strengthening bilateral relations in all fields.
