SARAJEVO, May 3 (Hina) - Bosnian Serbs had abused a permit to fly a

cargo, and as a result of that, their future flight requests would
undergo special control, Marc Van Dyke, Implementation Force (IFOR)
spokesman in Sarajevo told a press conference on Friday. #L#
Bosnian Serbs' authorities issued a request to IFOR to
allegedly fly six tons of humanitarian aid to Banja Luka on April
30. A permit was granted, but a control after the landing showed
that the plane actually carried six and a half tons of cigarettes.
Even though it was not a serious violation of the Peace
Agreement's regulations, the trust between IFOR and the Serb side
had been gravely shaken. All future flights and cargoes would
undergo control, Van Dyke concluded.
