ZAGREB, April 25 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman on
Thursday handed credentials to Mario Mikolic, Ambassador to
Denmark, and Ivo Tomic, Ambassador to Turkey, a statement from the
Presidential Office said.
The President said that he expected the two ambassadors to
perform their diplomatic duties to the benefit of the Croatian
state, wishing them a lot of success in their work.
Thanking the President for his confidence in them, Mikolic and
Tomic expressed readiness to carry out Croatian state policy.
The ceremony was also attended by Presidential Chief of Staff
Ivo Sanader, Deputy Foreign Minister Ivan Simonovic and Assistant
Foreign Policy Adviser Dubravka Plejic-Markovic, the statement
concluded.
