YUGOSLAVIA SATISFIED WITH ZAGREB TALKS ON POWS, MISSING PERSONS

BELGRADE, April 18 (Hina) - The president of the Yugoslav government commission for humanitarian issues and missing persons, Pavle Todorovic, on Thursday expressed satisfaction with two-day talks on POWs and missing persons in the Croatian capital Zagreb. Todorovic, who had headed a Yugoslav delegation at the Zagreb talks, told a press conference in Belgrade that the two countries had agreed to release all prisoners of war without delay. Hover, "all Yugoslav demands had not been fulfilled," he said without being more specific. Todorovic announced that about 300 POWs would be released from Croatian prisons as early as next week. He added that from now on Yugoslavia would be negotiating with Croatia on Bosnian Serb POWs imprisoned in Croatia or Herzeg- Bosnia, which would be in line with the US-sponsored Dayton peace agreement.
