According to Anne-Sophie Bonnefeld with the Sarajevo Red Cross
office, the Bosnian army released 18 prisoners and the HVO 40
prisoners before midnight. The Serb side did not release a single
prisoner.
Bonnefeld is expecting more prisoners to be released today.
Red Cross activists are now trying to establish the exact
number of POWs yet to be released. According to recent reports
published by the Red Cross headquarters in Geneva, there were 88
prisoners-of-war in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
