SARAJEVO, Feb 8 (Hina) - U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Richard Holbrooke was scheduled to arrive in Bosnia-Herzegovina over the weekend, the Office of Bosnian President Alija Izetbegovic said in a statement Thursday.

Holbrooke would offer to assist in settling of the Mostar
status, the statement said, adding that Izetbegovic had been told
so in a telephone talk with Secretary of State Warren Christopher.
A special envoy by U.S. President in charge for civilian part
of the peace accord, Robert Galluchi, arrived in Sarajevo on
Thursday. Galluchi discussed Mostar problem with Izetbegovic and
Federation President Kresimir Zubak.
