After the meeting, Kostovic told reporters that the Croatian
strategy was the return of refugees to areas under the Bosnian
Federation control, which is ensured by the Dayton Peace Accord and
the international community.
The participants in the meeting discussed ensuring better life
in Republic of Croatia to those Croats who had fled (Bosnian) areas
which remained to be under Serb control, Kostovic added.
At the talks with both, Kostovic and Kosor, the delegates had
requested that rights of Croatian refugees from Bosnia-Herzegovina
be equalized with rights of Croatian displaced persons (who had
been expelled from occupied areas of Croatia).
