ZAGREB, Feb 6 (Hina) - Croatian and Korean businessmen held talks
on economic cooperation in Zagreb on Tuesday.
Croatian Finance Minister Bozo Prka said that Croatia wanted
to present to the Korean businessmen possibilities of investment in
Croatia's economy, especially in Croatia's ports, since the Korean
businessmen were interested in free trade zones.
Today's meeting was also attended by the representatives of 14
Korean companies and corporations, including 'Samsung', 'Hyundai'
and 'Deawod'.
The director of the Korean Agency for Promotion of Investments
(KOPRA) and head of the Korean delegation, Tai Hyong Cho, said that
the purpose of a several-day visit of the Korean businessmen to
Croatia was to learn more about the possibilities of overall
cooperation with Croatian companies.
