Bosnia-Herzegovina's prime minister designate, Hasan
Muratovic, will submit suggestions on forming a new government of
at the parliamentary session of the Republic, scheduled for 02:00
pm Tuesday.
At 04:00 pm today the constituent assembly of the Federation
should begin when the President and Vice-President of the
Federation are proposing federal ministers and their deputies. A
prime minister designate, Izudin Kapetanovic, will propose
guidelines of the programmes of the federal government.
The agendas do not include any item on a discussion on the
work of the (former) joint government of the Republic and the
Federation, which has worked since November 1, 1993. However Prime
Minister Haris Silajdzic, Monday announced that this discussion
might be held, whereas a coordination of five opposition parties is
likely to ask the discussion on reasons why Silajdzic refused to be
again a prime minister designate.
The government with Prime Minister Silajdzic held the last
session last night when it drafted a bill on amnesty which might be
on today's agenda of the assembly of the Republic. The federal
assembly will perhaps vote on an act on defence, if agreement on
this act might be reached.
