MOSTAR, Jan 23 (Hina) - The international arbitrator for the
Bosnian Federation, US diplomat Roberts Owen, and US State
Department special envoy Daniel Serwer on Tuesday visited the
southern Bosnian town of Mostar.
The US officials held separate talks with the town's EU
administrator, Hans Koschnik, and the mayor of Croat-held west
Mostar, Mijo Brajkovic.
After the meeting, Owen said that he was travelling to
Sarajevo and then to Washington, and added that he was awaiting
further developments. He declined to respond to reporters'
questions.
Brajkovic said that Owen presented a map drawn by the Moslem
side on the division of Mostar into six districts.
"We gave our remarks on the maps," Brajkovic said, adding
that Koschnik now had all draft maps.
