ZAGREB, Jan 18 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Zlatko Matesa
on Thursday met for talks with visiting Bulgarian President
Zhelyu Zhelev.
Zhelev told reporters after the meeting that he was
satisfied with the talks with Matesa.
Zhelev described all meetings he had so far had with
Croatian officials as successful, adding that he hoped that
all agreements would be realized.
Matesa said that talks between Zhelev and Croatian
President Franjo Tudjman laid a good foundation for further
development of cooperation between the two countries.
Matesa said that legal conditions should be created as a
basis for improving economic cooperation.
He announced that Croatian and Bulgarian chambers of
commerce would soon hold a joint meeting in Zagreb.
