KRESEVO, Central Bosnia, Jan 6 (Hina) - Senior officers with the French IFOR battalion based on Mt Igman, outside Sarajevo, and with the Croatian Defence Council (HVO) forces' command in Kiseljak met on Saturday to discuss the
situation at the separation lines between HVO and Bosnian Serb forces at the Kobiljaca pass between Kiseljak and Sarajevo, Herzeg-Bosnia's news agency Habena said. The HVO delegation was led by local commanders Col. Josip Tolo and Col. Luka Drmac, who had talked with French officers Capt. Laurent and Capt. Fuentes, Habena said.

on Saturday to discuss the situation at the separation lines
between HVO and Bosnian Serb forces at the Kobiljaca pass between

Col. Tolo informed the IFOR officers on withdrawal progress,
concerning heavy artillery and anti-aircraft guns and reducing the
troops, as well as on the number and location of the mine fields on
all former confrontation lines.
He stressed that the preparations and works went on schedule,
saying that the HVO would withdraw two kilometers behind its
present positions by next Saturday, as stipulated in an agreement.
Capt. Laurent said he was satisfied with what has been done so
far, promising assistance in mine disposal.
