NO RESULTS AT SESSION OF CRO&YUGOSLAV COMMISSIONS FOR THE MISSING ( Editorial: --> 0356 )

( Editorial: --> 0356 ) BELGRADE, Nov 12 (Hina) - Experts of Croatian and Yugoslav government commissions for missing persons concluded a two-day session in Belgrade on Wednesday without significant progress. According to the head of the Croatian commission, Ivan Grujic, the submission of protocols and documentation on missing persons was at a dead point. On the other hand, the fact that joint activities were continuing and that certain data had been exchanged over the past two days was encouraging, Grujic said. Croatia is looking for 2,197 missing persons and many answers could be got in Belgrade, he added. Grujic hoped progress would be made and that representatives of commissions for missing persons from both Bosnian entities would join in the work of the Croatian and Yugoslav commissions. The head of the Yugoslav commission for humanitarian issues and missing persons, Maksim Korac, told reporters he was not satisfied with the turnover of files or the Croatian side's cooperation in the tracing of two pilots. If the Croatian commission fails to comply with their commitments, we will keep the Vukovar files, Korac said. It was announced that the next session would take place within 30 day at the latest.
