CRO CONSTITUTIONAL COURT DELEGATION ATTENDS EUROPEAN COURTS CONFERENCE

CONFERENCE $ ZAGREB, Oct 6 (Hina) - A delegation of the Croatian Constitutional Court headed by its president Jadranko Crnic is to attend the 11th preliminary conference of European constitutional courts in Warsaw between 6 and 8 October. The conference is expected to discuss issues concerning relations between constitutional and municipal courts and the compulsoriness of constitutional courts, problems concerning procedure before constitutional courts, and issues related to the evaluation of constitutionality of international contracts.
