DUBROVNIK, Sept 3 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic met
a group of Israeli journalists in the southern coastal town of
Dubrovnik on Wednesday.
The meeting was also attended by Dubrovnik County prefect Jure
Buric and Mayor Vido Bogdanovic.
Granic said after the talks that they discussed the
forthcoming signing of a protocol on the establishment of diplomatic
relations between the two countries, the opening of a Croatian
embassy in Israel and prospects for economic, cultural and
scientific cooperation.
Granic said that they also talked about Croatia's political,
economic and security goals as well as its relations with Euro-
Atlantic structures and the reintegration of the UN-administered
Danube river region into Croatia.
