the headquarters of the public security centre in Banja Luka, a

The raid was carried out at the request of the Office of
the High Representative and the SFOR command had been notified
that the public security centre in Banja Luka was in the hands of
Bosnian Serb special police.
IPTF has started an investigation which is aimed at
checking reports on human rights violation and SFOR soldiers are
securing the building, the statement said.
The situation in Banja Luka has prompted a meeting between
the highest officials of international organisations based in
Bosnia, the statement said adding that the international
community wanted the problem to be solved peacefully.
No violence will be allowed, the SFOR command said in a
statement which contained only the most basic information.
