CRO DEFENSE MINISTER FORWARDS LETTER TO KLEIN

ZAGREB, Aug 8 (Hina) - On the occasion of UN transitional administrator for the Danube region of eastern Croatia Jacques Klein's appointment to a new post, Croatian Defense Minister Gojko Susak on Friday forwarded him a letter expressing gratitude for all Klein had done during his mandate in Croatia, the Defense Ministry's Political Administration said in a statement. "With your dedicated work you have greatly contributed to the peaceful reintegration of the Danube region into Croatia. Wisdom in finding the best solutions and determination in their enforcement have characterized your work", Susak said in his letter. "Your honesty, determination and sincerity I will remember forever. Our meetings took place very often and were always successful in their results. They created an honest friendly relationship between two men dedicated to their work and homes", the defense minister further wrote. "I hope we shall meet often and cooperate successfully on your new duty", Susak's letter to General Klein concluded. (hina) ha 082023 MET aug 97
