SARAJEVO, July 2 (Hina) - The Cabinet of the President of the Presidency
of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Alija Izetbegovic, on Wednesday issued a
statement pertaining to a Croatian Foreign Ministry statement of July 1
about a report of the Sarajevo news agency ONASA . #L#
The Croatian Foreign Ministry refuted a statement ran by ONASA of
Izetbegovic's foreign affairs advisor, Mirza Hajric, who had said that
the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Interior Minister Valentin Coric had
visited the Vatican with Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic last
Friday, and had thus failed to turn up for a 'last chance' meeting on
the establishment of a joint police in Mostar.
Izetbegovic's cabinet on Wednesday said that Hajric had never given
such a statement, neither to the Sarajevo news agency. Nor anybody else.
It was information run by the ONASA agency, not by Hajric, the
statement said.
