PRESIDENT TUDJMAN CONGRATULATES ZEMIN ON RETURN OF HONG KONG

ZAGREB, July 1 (Hina) - On occasion of the reunification of Hong Kong with China, Croatian President Franjo Tudjman sent a message of congratulations to Chinese President Jiang Zemin, the Chinese Government and people, on Tuesday. In his message Tudjman said that "Republic of Croatia supports the united China, and appreciates its openness toward economic and other cooperation with countries of the international community."
