ZAGREB, June 24 (Hina) - The Croatian Constitutional Court's president
Jadranko Crnic, on Tuesday received the president of the international
law of the sea court, Thomas Mensah of Ghana.
They talked about a procedure before the Croatian Constitutional
Court, experience of which can be useful to the newly-established
international court.
According to a statement issued by the Croatian court, they also
defined many common interests regarding legal issues of the sea
resources, fishing trade and ecological problems.
It was stressed that the Croatian Constitution was one of few that
defines as a constitutional law the right to the healthy life,
unpolluted environs and to the protection of nature and the sea.
