The talks had focused on the return of displaced persons and the
upcoming municipal elections, Soljic's office said in a statement.
American officials informed Soljic that all plans of return of
displaced persons and refugees were tightly connected with programs of
economic revival.
Montgomery said the priorities of return were the municipalities of
Drvar, Sipovo and Stolac.
Soljic confirmed readiness of a planned return of refugees to those
municipalities, but pointed out the fact that return had to be ensured
to all persons and in every part of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Soljic also held talks with a Bosniac delegation from the Rama-
Prozor municipality about the return of refugees. He told informed them
about the stance that all refugees had the right to return to their
homes.
Soljic and Deputy President of the Bosnian Federation Ejup Ganic
met the director of USAID for Bosnia, Craig Buck, with whom they held
