MOSTAR, March 29 (Hina) - A curfew in the southern Bosnian town of Mostar
was lifted on Friday after the security situation in the town had improved,
the cantonal interior ministry said in a statement.
The 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. curfew was imposed on February 27 following an
outbreak of violence earlier that month.
The NATO-led Stabilization Force (SFOR) said on Friday that SFOR
troops were continuing to remove speed bumps from Bulevar road in the Donja
Mahala district put up by the Moslem authorities of east Mostar.
