Granic said Croatia has only just begun to solve the issue of borders with Bosnia-Herzegovina, and the whole process would be completed by the signing of an agreement, while all moot issues would be solved in a package. As part of bilateral meetings in Madrid, Granic met Yugoslav Foreign Minister Zivadin Jovanovic and discussed a number of issues: from the opening of general consulates in both countries, the opening of air corridors, the protection of minorities, economic cooperation to succession issues.
