ZAGREB, Dec 11 (Hina) - Processes initiated last year in Japan's +town of Kyoto have added to the upcoming reform of the Croatian +energy supply sector another dimension - the necessity of +expediting all processes leading to the establishment of a system +of organised power supply management.+ Croatia must soon begin the demanding process of reforming the +sector, director of the Croatian Energy Supply Association (HED), +Goran Granic, said at the 7th forum held in Zagreb on Friday.+ The Kyoto Protocol, signed last December by 38 industry oriented +countries, Croatia including, commits the signatories to decrease +toxic gas emissions by an average of 5.2 per cent in relation to +1990.+ Signatories to the Protocol will have to draft principles of a new +energy supply policy and change the conduct of manufacturers and +energy consumers.+ Foreign and domestic experts at the forum a
