SARAJEVO, Nov 7 (Hina) - An agreement on special parallel relations
between Croatia and the Croat-Muslim Federation of Bosnia-
Herzegovina (BH), one of BH's two entities, will not be signed on
November 9, as announced earlier.
The delay in the signing of the recently initialled agreement will
be requested by the Muslim side, said Adamir Jerkovic, spokesman
for the chairman of BH's collective Presidency.
The delay is conditioned by the federal parliament's need to
discuss the agreement's contents, the spokesman told Sarajevo's
Open Broadcast Network on Friday.
"This has not been possible so far given that the federal parliament
has just been constituted," he said.
It has been proposed to the Croatian side that the special relations
agreement be signed on November 19, Jerkovic concluded.
