ZAGREB, Oct 16 (Hina) - Croatian and Slovenian delegations met at
Brdo, near Kranj (Slovenia) October 15 and 16 to discuss an
international agreement over the Krsko nuclear power plant.
The meeting was held to clarify basic issues regarding the future
status of the jointly owned plant as well as to agree to further
steps to be taken to realising an international agreement over the
use of the plant, said the Croatian Economy ministry on Friday.
Particular focus was paid to the administration, determinants of
pricing and development and care of handling radio-active waste,
said a press release.
Negotiations are to continue and the next round will be held in
Croatia.
