GOVT ADOPTS REPORT ON BUDGET'S CURRENT FUNDS USE FOR SEPTEMBER

( Editorial: --> 8665 ) ZAGREB, Oct 15 (Hina) - The Croatian government on Thursday adopted a report on the use of the state budget's current funds for September 1998, the government's Communications Office said in a statement. The government also decided to issue a May 23, 1997 act of the Joint Council of eastern Croatian municipalities with a majority Serb population. The act will be published under the headline "Joint Council of Municipalities - Organisation, Status, Composition, Jurisdiction and Financing", in order to eliminate public misunderstanding with regard to this citizens' association. The government also okayed a Labour and Social Welfare Ministry proposal to carry out the financial restructuring of URIHO, the Institution for Rehabilitation of Handicapped Persons Through Professional Rehabilitation and Employment.
