ZAGREB, Sept 17 (Hina) - Croatia and Romania wish to develop and
strengthen economic cooperation and cooperate on their way to
accessing European associations they both aspire for, Croatian and
Romanian Deputy Foreign Ministers, Ivo Sanader and Mihai Razvan
Ungureanu, said in Zagreb on Thursday.
Ungureanu's visit to Zagreb precedes a visit by Croatian Prime
Minister Zlatko Matesa to Romania on September 29.
Matesa will travel to Bucharest accompanied by several dozens of
Croatia's leading business people, Sanader said.
Ungureanu expressed hope in the success of the dialogue on economy
between the two countries.
Croatia and Romania are not competitors on their way towards
European integration in accessing the NATO, but are proceeding in
that direction together, Ungureanu said.
