SARAJEVO, June 15 (Hina) - The NATO air force military exercise over
Albania and Macedonia which began in the morning is not connected
with the peace mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina and does not use
aircraft supporting the NATO-led Stabilisation Force in Bosnia,
the SFOR command said Monday.
The SFOR is supportive of NATO's resolution to promote peace and
stability in the Balkans, but the "Determined Falcon" exercise does
not include the SFOR in Bosnia whose mandate remains the same, said
an SFOR statement delivered to Hina.
The statement also points out that the peacekeeping force in Bosnia
will continue with an unbiased performance of its mission, in its
resolute attempt to assist Bosnia's two entities build peace.
