ZADAR, May 28 (Hina) - A delegation of the Austrian federal Interior
Ministry led by gendarmerie chief Johan Seiser, on Thursday visited
Zadar where they attended an exercise of the special police.
Zadar's special police unit, popularly known as "Rattle Snakes"
performed six drills showing techniques and types of anti-
terrorist fighting.
Advisor to the Interior Minister, Lt Gen Mladen Markac,
congratulated them on a job well done. He emphasised that Croatia,
as a tourist destination, has to guarantee the security and peace of
all tourists who come to Croatia on their summer holidays.
Seiser also congratulated the "Rattle Snakes" on their optimal
combat readiness.
