SERB PARTY DECLARES OPPOSITION TO BINDING INSTRUCTIONS ON RETURN

( Editorial: --> 5274 ) ZAGREB, May 20 (Hina) - Serb People's Party (SNS) president Milan Djukic on Wednesday claimed the latest refugee return procedures adopted by the Croatian Government were a "new fraud of the old policy which makes the return of Serbs to Croatia impossible". Last Thursday the government adopted new Binding Instructions for issuing documents needed for the application of the Procedure for the Individual Return of Persons Who Left Croatia. Djukic said the contents of the binding instructions were totally based on the document on the procedure of return of Serbs who left Croatia, adopted on April 27. Given that this document was heavily criticised by the international community, Djukic was surprised at the satisfaction expressed by international organisations over the binding instructions.
