KISELJAK/TRAVNIK, May 15 (Hina) - A high Croatian government
delegation, led by Reconstruction and Development Minister Jure
Radic, arrived in Central Bosnia Canton on Friday.
The purpose of the visit is for Croatia to help in the
reconstruction of war-damaged houses and social infrastructure for
the return of Croat refugees.
The delegation was welcomed at Sarajevo airport by the Vice
President of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Vladimir Soljic
and Canton Deputy Prefect Ivan Saric.
The delegation also includes Health Minister Andrija Hebrang,
Privatisation Minister Milan Kovac, special commissioner of the
Croatian President for relations with the Federation and Bosnia-
Herzegovina, Franjo Greguric, presidential advisors Ivic Pasalic,
Drago Krpina and Ivan Valent and Croatia's Ambassador to Bosnia,
Darinko Bago.
The visit of the Croatian delegation started with talks with the
municipal leaders of Kiseljak, Kresevo and Fojnica.
During the talks, Radic denied claims that Croatian authorities
wanted to settle Bosnian Croats in Croatia.
"The Croatian government yesterday made a decision on donating
another 1,200 houses for Croats in Bosnia-Herzegovina," Radic said
adding the basic priority was the accommodation of Homeland war
victims.
Later during the day, the delegation will visit Vitez, Nova Bila and
Travnik.
Economic and other forms of cooperation will be the main topics of
today's talks.
The visit of the Croatian delegation will end in Jajce.
