SEVEN ALBANIANS & ONE SERBIAN POLICEMEN KILLED IN KOSOVO TUESDAY

( Editorial: --> 3451 ) PRISTINA, May 13 (Hina) - Seven Albanians were killed Tuesday when Serbian military and police forces shelled four villages in Orahovac Municipality, 50km south-west of Kosovo capital Pristina, Pristina daily in Albanian Koha Ditore reported Wednesday. The bodies of the victims, and several dozens wounded Kosovo Albanians, are in a hospital in Prizren which, the paper said, is under siege by strong Serbian forces. According to today's issue of Bujku, another Pristina daily paper in Albanian, an Albanian man was killed Tuesday in the yard of his house in Pristina district Muhagjer Mahala. Several Albanians were harassed by the police, while several Albanian students in Pristina were arrested, Bujku said. Jedinstvo, a Pristina daily paper in Serbian, today reported that one policeman was killed and two were heavily wounded yesterday in an attack by armed Albanians on a police patrol in Orahovac municipality.
