SARAJEVO/BANJA LUKA/DRVAR, April 24 (Hina) - The situation in the
western Bosnian town of Drvar has calmed down this afternoon and
SFOR troops are patrolling the area, the Banja Luka headquarters of
SFOR Multinational Division (South-West) told Hina.
SFOR troops, who were sent to the area during the day to back-up
Canadian soldiers in Drvar, are monitoring the situation and are
prepared to respond if needed.
The division headquarters said three NATO troops had been slightly
injured during today's riots in Drvar. One Serb returnee was
heavily injured, but he received medical assistance and his
condition is reported to be stable.
