ZAGREB, March 16 (Hina) - The President's Office Chief-Of-Staff
Hrvoje Sarinic on Monday received the United Kingdom's ambassador
to Croatia, Collin Munro, at his request.
Munro is also a representative of the President of the European
Union Council of Ministers, the President's Office said in a
statement.
In an open and constructive discussion the two officials talked
about all issues of interest for relations between the European
Union and Croatia, including the situation in the Croatian Danube
River region and the development of the peace process in Bosnia-
Herzegovina.
Both sides concluded that all efforts should be put into the
development of bilateral relations, which is of great importance
for both the EU and Croatia.
President Tudjman's foreign policy adviser Neven Madey also
participated in the talks.
