HDZ YOUTH REPS RECEIVED BY SPANISH PRIME MINISTER

( Editorial: --> 8029 ) ZAGREB/MADRID, March 8 (Hina) - Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar on Saturday received members of the 1st Presidential Conference of the Youth of the European People's Party (YEPP) which is taking place in Madrid from 5 March to 8 March. Present at the reception were the deputy to the Secretary-General of the Youth of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) party, Krunoslav Gasparic and the HDZ Youth international secretary, Neven Ferencic, the HDZ Youth said in a statement on Sunday. During the reception, Aznar described the role of young people and democratic Christians as a key which closes the door to prevent socialists from entering into power. Aznar commented on the situation in countries of eastern and central Europe, underlining the concerning return of Communists and Socialists in power in certain countries which, luckily, is not the case in Croatia.
