HERZEGOVINA-NERETVA CANTON STILL WITHOUT RETURN PLAN

( Editorial: --> 7741 ) MOSTAR, Mar 6 (Hina) - Contrary to expectations the Herzegovina- Neretva Canton Government has not adopted a cantonal plan for the return of displaced persons. As Premier Ramiz Leto and his deputy Franjo Ljubic said Friday, most municipalities in the canton had not submitted their return plans on time. At the proposal of UNHCR head for south Bosnia-Herzegovina Neil Wright it has been agreed that empty houses in the canton to which refugees and displaced persons may return should be listed in cooperation with the UNHCR in a week at the most.
