PRISTINA, March 6 (Hina) - Serbian police launched a new attack on
the Kosovo village of Prekaza (near Srbica and about 50 km west of
Pristina) at 09.00 hours Friday morning, and continued the attack
on the nearby Lausha.
The Kosovo Information Centre stated Friday Serbian police
enforcements were heading towards Srbica from Mitrovica and
Glogovac.
Gunshots can be heard in Raqkinica and Aqarevo.
There is as yet no official information about new casualties.
Several hundred Albanian families have arrived in Mitrovica and
Vucitrn, fleeing from their villages in the Srbica municipality
where police attacks are still ongoing.
At least 50 Albanians were killed during Thursday's police raid in
the village of Prekaza, the Kosovo Information Centre said Friday.
