EUROPEAN JOURNALISTS' CONFERENCE TO BE HELD IN ZAGREB

( Editorial: --> 5979 ) ZAGREB, Mar 2 (Hina) - The annual conference of the European Federation of Journalists will be held in Zagreb from 26-28 June this year, the Croatian Journalists' Association president Jagoda Vukusic told a media conference on Monday. The conference will commence with a seminar titled "Public Media and Its Role in Europe". This is the first time the Croatian Journalists' Association has been entrusted to organise the annual conference, on recommendation of the European Federation of Journalists' executive committee, and as a sign of recognition of its continual insistence on journalistic and media freedom, said Vukusic.
