INDEPENDENT COMMISSION TO PROPOSE NEW APPEARANCE OF B-H FLAG

( Editorial: --> 3840 ) SARAJEVO, Jan 12 (Hina) - The international High Representative for Bosnia-Herzegovina on Monday established an independent commission which should propose the new look of the Bosnian flag by the end of January, the Sarajevo-based office of Carlos Westendorp said Monday. The appearance of the flag is an issue representatives of Bosnia's three peoples have as yet failed to agree on. Seven Bosnian intellectuals were appointed as members of the independent commission. At their first informal meeting they agreed the proposal for a new flag should be drafted by January 30.
