An assistant to the Croatian Homeland War Soldiers Minister, Pero Kovacevic, said more than 1,400 flats were allocated to war victims this year. In January, another 800 flats, of which 315 in Zagreb, will be given to war victims, he added. It was also announced that another building was being constructed in the vicinity of the building handed over for use today.
