PODGORICA, Dec 12 (Hina) - Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic on Sunday forwarded a note of condolence to Croatian parliament president and acting head of state Vlatko Pavletic on the occasion of the passing of Croatian President
Franjo Tudjman. "On the occasion of the death of the founder of contemporary Croatian statehood and the most prominent political figure in recent Croatian history, I extend my deep condolences," read the note. "I firmly believe the normalisation of good neighbourly relations between Montenegro and Croatia, which began when President Tudjman was alive, will continue to mutual interest, in the spirit of the spreading of democratic processes in the region and the inclusion in European integration," Djukanovic wrote.(hina) ha
