The Republic of Croatia, as a signatory to the Dayton Accords will react and warn the international community that it cannot let certain parties in Bosnia, in this case Alija Izetbegovic on behalf of the Moslem people, breach the Dayton Accords and impose solutions unacceptable to the Croat people, said the minister, Milan Kovac, in Zagreb on Thursday after he was asked to comment a recent statement given by Izetbegovic, a member of Bosnia-three-man Presidency, that the Dayton deal should be changed. ZAGREB, Dec 9 (Hina) - Croatia will warn the international

(Bosniak) side to violate the Dayton Agreements and to impose

said Croatia's Government's minister, charged with the cooperation
with Bosnia and the Bosnian Croat-Moslem Federation.
The Republic of Croatia, as a signatory to the Dayton Accords will
react and warn the international community that it cannot let
certain parties in Bosnia, in this case Alija Izetbegovic on behalf
of the Moslem people, breach the Dayton Accords and impose
solutions unacceptable to the Croat people, said the minister,
Milan Kovac, in Zagreb on Thursday after he was asked to comment a
recent statement given by Izetbegovic, a member of Bosnia-three-
man Presidency, that the Dayton deal should be changed.
Addressing a session of the leadership of the Party of Democratic
Action (SDA), Izetbegovic, the SDA President, said the internal
organisation of Bosnia-Herzegovina should be altered so that the
universal adult suffrage and equal right to vote be introduced on
the entire territory of Bosnia. According to Izetbegovic, the
decision-making process should be also changed as he viewed the
parity representation and consensus as the biggest problem.
Responding to Izetbegovic's words, Kovac said "I believe that if
that path be taken, Croatia, that is its government, will react and
warn the international community that signed treaties cannot be
breached."
Izetbegovic's statement is the right confirmation that there are
forces that do not want the implementation of the Dayton Accords and
all documents signed since the peace agreement on Bosnia, the
Croatian official added.
One people cannot be sovereign on paper while its representatives
are outvoted in the institutions of authority, in parliament in the
executive power, he said.
