ZAGREB Nov 26 (Hina) - Remains of the killed family Sevo, which were transported from Germany to Zagreb a few days ago, were buried at the Croatian capital's central cemetery of Mirogoj on Friday. Stjepan Sevo, his wife Tatjana and
his step-daughter Rozemarija Bahoric were killed in August 1972 near Venice, Italy. The then Yugoslav secret police (UDBA) is believed to have organised their assassination. In view to suppositions that the killing of the Sevo family was politically motivated, Croatia's state commission for the establishment of Second World War victims and victims in the wake of that war, included Stjepan Sevo, his wife and step daughter Rozemarija in the list of post-war victims. On behalf of the club of Croatians who have returned to the homeland from the Diaspora, Ivan Butkovic held a farewell speech at the funeral.
