ZAGREB, Nov 19 (Hina) - Croatian citizens who are military pensioners of the former Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) on Friday filed a suit with the European Court for Human Rights due to their failure to settle within state institutions
the issue of the right to pension. Milivoj Borosa, the president of the Military Pensioners Club, on Friday told reporters the 16,500 JNA pensioners were worse off than other pensioners, not only as regards the setting of basic salaries, but also in flat-purchasing, the setting of disability benefits, and rank-validation.(hina) ha jn
