MOSTAR, Nov 16 (Hina) - The board of directors of Mostar-based television station Erotel on Tuesday announced it would appeal to a decision by which the Independent Media Commission (IMC) in Bosnia banned the station from
broadcasting. Erotel will appeal within deadline, and the board of directors will in the meantime hold a session. The board of directors will reach and issue a decision after talks with the Bosnian Croat political leadership. According to a board statement, the IMC decision infringes on the basic rights of the Croat people in Bosnia, who has not been offered an adequate alternative for the programme banned by the IMC.(hina) ha mm
